You will partner with Nursing, Infection Prevention, Facilities and Patient Experience to achieve outstanding outcomes.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, staff development, schedule management, and readiness activities for Joint Commission and CMS surveys. Hourly pay is posted as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of Environmental Services experience, healthcare preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in EVS or housekeeping.
• Strong knowledge of infection prevention practices and healthcare cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop EVS caregivers and leaders.
• Oversee daily EVS operations and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor patient experience and cleanliness through rounds and audits.
• Collaborate with Nursing, Infection Prevention, Facilities, and Patient Experience.
• Support budget, workforce planning, and scheduling.
