Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Springfield, MA is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead a dedicated team, perform daily inspections, and uphold the highest cleanliness standards across the property. You will schedule and coach staff, ensure guest spaces meet service standards, address staff questions, and collaborate with leadership on operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections, briefings and team updates; coordinate training and compliance.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and assist with facilities maintenance as needed.

The Day-to-day

• Supervise a team of Environmental Services (EVS) employees, including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training.
• Address employee questions and guest concerns to ensure adherence to department procedures and service standards.
• Provide direction and support to achieve high cleanliness standards in the casino, public areas, offices, and other required spaces.
• Conduct daily inspections, briefings, and team updates; meet with employees for training and compliance needs.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities.
• Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Assist with administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership.

The Ideal Candidate

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 2+ Years of Prior relevant Environmental Services experience in a Supervisory role is required
• Able and willing to work Swing and Grave Shifts including weekends and holidays

Pay Range The pay range for this role is:

$38,300.00 - $52,600.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
