Job summary

Park MGM is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead a team and uphold the highest cleanliness standards across casino, public areas, offices and assigned spaces. You will supervise, train, coach, and coordinate with Facilities to address property maintenance issues, ensuring guests receive a clean, welcoming environment and WOW memories during their stay.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of prior relevant experience in EVS/PAD or similar hotel/resort environments preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Environmental Services employees, including scheduling, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary responsibilities
• Provide direction and support to ensure the highest cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the casino, public areas, offices, and other assigned areas
• Manage employee questions and guest concerns, ensuring all department procedures, policies, and service standards are followed during the shift
• Conduct daily inspections, pre-shift briefings, and team updates; provide training, coaching, and facilitate required compliance training as needed
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and coordinate with Facilities to address property maintenance issues

The Day-to-day

• Supervise a team of Environmental Services (EVS) employees, including scheduling, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary responsibilities
• Provide direction and support to ensure the highest cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the casino, public areas, offices, and other assigned areas
• Manage employee questions and guest concerns, ensuring all department procedures, policies, and service standards are followed during the shift
• Conduct daily inspections, pre-shift briefings, and team updates; provide training, coaching, and facilitate required compliance training as needed
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and coordinate with Facilities to address property maintenance issues

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in EVS/PAD within a similar Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star or AAA 5 Diamond Resort preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
