Overview:

Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital, located in Harrisonburg, VA, is hiring an Environmental Services Supervisor for a full-time day schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the manager in planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating, and controlling the activities necessary to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Participate in the work activities of assigned teams by providing assistance, serving as a technical resource, and actively participating as a team member. Contribute to the department’s success through effective work coordination, resource management, and participation in goal achievement. Support and communicate Sentara's mission, values, goals, and directions to team members.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Some College (Preferred)

Certifications/Licensure:

• CHEST certification within 2 years of hire (Required)

Experience:

• Supervisory experience for 1 year (Required)
• Supervisory experience for 2+ years (Preferred)
