Job description

As the Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor, you will oversee the operational activities of the Environmental Services Department and assist the Director of Operations in creating and implementing systems and processes to improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of the department. Under the guidance of the Director of Operations, the EVS Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and coaching employees in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Work Schedule:

• Typical hours are daytime, Monday - Friday. May include evenings and weekends depending on departmental needs.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
• Experience or specialized training in environmental services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a related field
• Three or more years of Environmental Services experience
• Three or more years of leadership experience
