Environmental Services Floor Supervisor (Biotech)

The Environmental Services Floor Supervisor will be responsible for leading the environmental services team, including housekeeping and laundry, ensuring standards of cleanliness are met and maintained.

1. Scheduling: Organize shifts for housekeeping and laundry teams.
2. Supplies: Order, receive, and maintain environmental supplies.
3. Operational duties: This is a working supervisor position, including regular and backup cleaning and laundry coverage.
4. Equipment: Operate and maintain laundry and housekeeping equipment.
5. Budget and staffing: Follow staffing guidelines and department budget.
6. HR responsibilities: Complete hiring and onboarding of new employees.
7. Supervision: Provide overall supervision to environmental services staff, including conducting annual performance reviews and managing performance goals and concerns.
