REQUIREMENTS

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

At least 2 years of experience as a Housekeeper

JOB DUTIES

• Assist with implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain departmental records, reports, and files.
• Establish quality levels and standards; schedule, assign work, and inspect completed work.
• Inspect areas for quality of work performed.
• Inspect housekeeping equipment for wear and tear; oversee replacement and instruct personnel on equipment use and cleaning agents.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate repairs and remodeling projects.
• Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Operations Manager.
• Supervise employees, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and work allocation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the Environmental Services Division.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
