The role emphasizes leadership, policy compliance, staff development, scheduling, budgeting, and effective liaison with administrators to maintain a safe, clean environment that supports resident well‑being

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to maintain records and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, communicating directives.
