Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites you to join our Environmental Services Manager in Training program, where you will learn to manage your own account and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care at a long-term care facility.

The paid 12‑week program provides hands‑on and computer-based training to prepare you to lead environmental services in healthcare, with opportunities for career development and long‑term growth within HCSG.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain records and complete reports via computer-based systems.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
