Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites applications for an Environmental Services Manager in Training. In this 12-week paid program you will learn to manage an account and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care at a long-term care facility, with hands-on and computer-based training.

You will develop the skills to oversee environmental services in healthcare settings, participate in staff development, ensure policy compliance, and maintain records, while working in a collaborative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have computer skills to maintain records and complete reports (including web-based reporting).
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
