Learn to manage your own account and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care at a long-term care facility through a structured 12-week program with hands-on and computer-based training.

The program aims to develop you into a capable supervisor focused on quality, compliance, and resident experience. A high school diploma and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have computer skills for records and web-based reporting.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies and state/federal requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff.
