Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Manager in Training to learn how to manage an account and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care at a long-term care facility.

This paid 12-week program combines hands-on and computer-based training to prepare you for environmental services leadership. The role emphasizes learning to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements while coordinating staff and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports as required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Residency within the service area required

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
