Healthcare Services Group, Inc. invites applications for an Environmental Services Manager in Training.

This 12-week program will train you to oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care at a long-term care facility, with hands-on and computer-based learning. You will learn to manage an account, develop staff, ensure policy compliance, and maintain records while collaborating with facility administration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have computer skills and ability to maintain records.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
