Position Summary
Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program offers a 16-week interactive training experience covering operations, leadership, policies, reporting, safety, and customer and resident interactions. The program prepares you to handle managerial responsibilities, including staffing, budgeting, training, and quality control.

Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, leadership potential, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, punctuality, physical ability to lift and perform routine tasks, and residency in the service area. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
