Position Summary
Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program is a 16-week interactive training initiative designed to develop your management skills through hands-on and computer-based learning. The program covers:

• Job responsibilities of housekeeping, laundry, and equipment operation
• Leadership development and staff training
• Policy adherence and quality standards
• Record keeping and reporting
• Managerial responsibilities including payroll, staffing, purchasing, and budgeting
• Effective communication and safety practices
• Customer and resident interaction skills

Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, follow instructions, perform routine tasks, have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess basic computer skills, and meet physical requirements. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies and residence within the service area are required.
