Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking an EVS Supervisor to support the Environmental Services Manager in daily operations and to stand in when they are absent. You will guide housekeeping staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and help enforce standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to train and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced hospitality environment on the Las Vegas Strip.

• Assist EVS Manager in scheduling and delegating tasks.
• Direct day-to-day department operations in the Manager's absence.
• Maintain departmental cleanliness standards and inspect areas of responsibility.
• Implement disciplinary procedures and performance appraisals as needed.
• Coordinate training programs for new methods and techniques.
• Represent the Department in public relations and coordination with other departments.
