Caesars Entertainment Company currently seeks an EVS Supervisor in Las Vegas, NV. You will lead daily Environmental Services operations, supervise a 45+ staff, and ensure casino, public, and employee areas remain spotless, safe, and well-maintained in compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, guest issue resolution, and enforcing OSHA and safety standards while maintaining emergency procedures.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of cleaning, housekeeping, or EVS experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.”
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proficient in English verbal and written in a professional manner.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily Environmental Services operations, ensuring all casino, restroom, public, and employee areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Manages and oversees the operations of the department and staff on a daily basis.
• Fosters teamwork and acts as a role model using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
• Has responsibility and accountability for employee relations and goals/actions of the department.
• Responsible for setting work schedules, including training of new hires on policy and procedures.
• Ensure guest inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and resolved to achieve high guest satisfaction.
• Monitors equipment, utilities, consumption and performance of employees.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels and adjust schedules as business needs change.
• Enforce company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards while maintaining emergency procedures and equipment.
• Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance, safety, and operational issues.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and guest-focused presence while serving as a role model for the team.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
