Job summary

Caesars Paris Las Vegas is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead daily EVS operations across casino, restroom, public and employee areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction. You will oversee a 45+ person team, schedule shifts, train new hires, enforce policies and safety standards, and resolve guest inquiries with a professional, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cleaning, housekeeping, or EVS experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Environmental Services operations, ensuring casino, restroom, public, and employee areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Manages and oversees the operations of the department and staff on a daily basis.
• Fosters teamwork and acts as a role model using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
• Has responsibility and accountability for employee relations and goals/actions of the department.
• Responsible for setting work schedules, including training of new hires on policy and procedures.
• Ensure guest inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and resolved to achieve high guest satisfaction.
• Monitors equipment, utilities, consumption and performance of employees.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels and adjust schedules as business needs change.
• Enforce company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards while maintaining emergency procedures and equipment.
• Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance, safety, and operational issues.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and guest-focused presence while serving as a role model for the team.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
