You will collaborate with senior staff to prepare documents, lead field efforts, collect and report data, and conduct flora and fauna surveys while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related environmental discipline is required.
• 2–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to work in both office and field environments and in hot/humid Guam conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project documents and reports with senior staff.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead field efforts.
• Collect, evaluate, and report environmental data.
• Conduct flora and fauna surveys, habitat assessments, and ecological monitoring.
• Support threatened and endangered species surveys and habitat management.
• Assist with wetlands assessments and plant nursery tasks.
• Support environmental compliance projects (solid waste, stormwater, etc.).
• Prepare technical deliverables and maintain project documentation.
