Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC seeks an Environmental Scientist II to join our multidisciplinary team. You will collect, synthesize, and document data from investigated areas and assist in preparing project documentation, with field support as needed.

Expect diverse site work across multiple offices and a strong emphasis on safety and collaboration. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science and 5–10 years of experience, plus knowledge of federal/state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical or environmental science is required.
• Five to ten years of experience on environmental projects.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, assessments, investigations, and cleanups per guidelines.
• Support data collection, site inspection and evaluation of data for project objectives.
• Prepare technical evaluations following CERCLA/RCRA guidelines.
• Provide guidance and oversight to project staff in documentation.
• Review processes for permits, plans, reports, licenses and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in project planning, RFP responses and client communications.
• Mentor junior Environmental Scientists and maintain safety culture.
