Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC seeks an Environmental Engineer II to support environmental compliance tasks across multiple offices. You will collect and document data on stormwater, wastewater, air emissions, and related permits, while providing field support and mentoring junior staff.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in physical or environmental science and 5–10 years of relevant experience, with a solid grasp of federal, state, and local regulations and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical or environmental science.
• Five to ten years of experience working on environmental projects.
• A broad understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license and qualified to operate a vehicle under Brice Engineering’s Driving Policy.
• Ability to pass drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee site inspections, assessments, investigations, and cleanups per guidelines.
• Work with environmental technicians on data collection and evaluation.
• Provide scientific and technical guidance and oversee project documentation.
• Review and document processes to obtain permits, plans, and reports for compliance.
• Prepare charts/graphs and determine data collection methods for site surveys.
