Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC is seeking an Environmental Scientist II to join our team across multiple offices including Post Falls, ID. The role involves data collection, site inspections, and preparation of project documentation with minimal guidance.

You will apply CERCLA/RCRA knowledge, evaluate environmental data, and support junior staff while maintaining safety and quality in a dynamic environment. A strong background in environmental regulations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical or environmental science.
• 5–10 years of environmental project experience.
• Broad understanding of federal, state and local environmental regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, assessments, investigations, and cleanups per guidelines.
• Collaborate with technicians on data collection and site evaluation.
• Prepare technical evaluations using CERCLA/RCRA guidelines.
• Provide guidance and oversight for project documentation.
• Review permits, plans, reports and licenses to ensure compliance.
