ECS Southeast, LLP is seeking an Environmental Staff Project Manager to support environmental consulting projects through field work, technical analysis, reporting, and project coordination. This role develops ownership of tasks, client relationships, budgets, and schedules while working under senior guidance.

The position emphasizes technical execution, team coordination, and professional client service as part of ECS Core Values within a growing ES practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience with HUD Environmental Assessments and Georgia DCA Environmental Reports.
• Driver's license required; professional license not required for progression.

Responsibilities

• Completes Phase I Environmental Site Assessments under supervision.
• Prepare HUD environmental reviews meeting Georgia DCA requirements.
• Conduct site reconnaissance, records reviews, and report preparation.
• Develops project deliverables and technical writing.
• Initiates project setup and implements tasks with limited supervision.
• Performs groundwater, soil, and media sampling.
