Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead environmental consulting projects of varying complexity across planning, staffing, technical delivery, and client communications. The role emphasizes effective budgeting, scheduling, safety, and quality control while nurturing client relationships and staff development.

The candidate will coordinate resources, prepare reports, and mentor junior staff, ensuring successful project execution from initiation to completion

Qualifications

2 years of related experience required.
Bachelor's and/or Master's of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural or Environmental Science, Geology, or related field.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) preferred; licensure may be required.
Knowledge of environmental principles, regulations, permits, and test methods.

Responsibilities

Directs project setup and field implementation.
Oversees groundwater, soil, and media investigations.
Manages project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Mentors junior staff and supports team development.
Maintains client relationships and communicates project status.
