ECS Group of Companies is seeking an Environmental Staff Project Manager to support environmental consulting projects through field work, analysis, reporting, and coordination. You will develop ownership of tasks, client relationships, budgets, and schedules under guidance from senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural or Environmental Science, Geology, or other degree relevant to Environmental Consulting.
• 3+ years of related experience in environmental consulting.
• A professional license is not required for this position, but it is necessary to progress in your career.
• If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates project setup and implementation with limited supervision.
• Performs groundwater, soil, and media sampling activities.
• Supervises drill crews and supports investigation activities under senior oversight.
• Documents site observations and prepares field reports.
• Assists with remediation system installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Coordinates field and office activities necessary for project execution.
• Develops relationships with existing and prospective clients through project interactions.
• Maintains regular communication with assigned clients and project stakeholders.
