• Completes Phase I Environmental Site Assessments under supervision.
• Prepare HUD environmental reviews meeting GA DCA requirements.
• Conduct site reconnaissance, data collection, and report preparation.
• Contribute to environmental due diligence reports and technical documentation.
• Assist with project setup, scheduling, and budget tracking.
• Support remediation system installation and field investigations.
• Communicate site conditions impacting budgets or scope.
• Coordinate field and office activities for project execution.
