Job summary

ECS Group of Companies seeks an Environmental Project Manager in Marietta, GA to lead environmental consulting projects from initiation to completion. You’ll coordinate scope, schedule, budget, resources, and staff while maintaining client relations and ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, delivering due diligence reports, and supporting business development efforts for a growing practice.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• P.E. or P.G. license preferred; additional licensure may be required.
• Strong knowledge of environmental principles and regulations.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build client relationships.
• Ability to lift and carry field equipment up to 40 lbs; valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manages environmental projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinates scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
• Mentors junior staff and supports team development.
• Communicates findings and recommendations with principals and clients.
• Prepares proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and change orders.
• Delivers technically sound due diligence reports and environmental analyses.
• Maintains client relationships and supports business development.
• Oversees field and office resources to support project execution.
• Reviews deliverables prior to senior review.
• Ensures quality, schedule, budget, and safety expectations.
