Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Engineering, or Environmental Science from an accredited university
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Background/experience in environmental due diligence
  • Part 213 Compliance
  • Brownfield experience is desirable, not mandatory

Experience:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Geology, Hydrogeology, Engineering, or related environmental fields
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training
  • Experience in performing environmental site assessments (Phase I, Phase II, BEA & Due Care Reporting), hydrogeological investigations, monitoring/sampling all media, regulatory compliance, and waste management. Remediation and design experience is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze field and technical data, perform research, demonstrate technical knowledge, and solve problems.

Expectations Include:

  • Conducting Phase I ESAs to ASTM or higher standards
  • Conducting Phase II ESAs
  • Managing and overseeing hydrogeological investigations
  • Interpreting analytical data using spreadsheets and databases
  • Understanding due diligence and brownfield redevelopment processes
  • Knowledge of Part 213/UST requirements
  • Maintaining full knowledge of project status and goals
  • Performing tasks across multiple disciplines to ensure successful project completion
  • Providing quality environmental services
  • Managing client expectations and project objectives
  • Other duties as assigned
