Job summary

Terracon in Midland, TX seeks an experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead small to medium projects from scope definition to delivery within schedule and budget. You will oversee QA/QC, safety plans, and coordination with clients, APRs, and subcontractors, ensuring project milestones are met and reports are delivered.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Environmental Science/Geology or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience; PE/PG is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology) with 5+ years of related experience.
• Or, in lieu of a degree, 9 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a small to medium-sized environmental project.
• Define project scope, schedule, and budget with client or NAM.
• Design, communicate, and implement a project plan.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure compliance with safety plan.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and external contractors.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate status to client and team.
• Coordinate with APR for oversight at critical junctures and with accounting for invoicing and collections.
