Job summary

Terracon is seeking a project manager to lead facilities, environmental, or geotechnical engineering projects. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery within scope, and budget adherence by coordinating staff, tasks, and external vendors.

You will communicate with clients, prepare progress reports, and drive project milestones. Preferred candidates hold a PE/PG or similar, with at least 5 years of related experience; a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology (Firm recognizes several technical disciplines).
• Minimum 5 years’ related experience; or 9 years’ related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a small to medium sized project.
• Define project scope, schedule and budget with client.
• Lead safety efforts including preparation and compliance with safety plan.
• Coordinate resources, including staff and external contractors.
• Communicate status to project team and client.
• Coordinate with APR and accounting for oversight and invoicing.
