Job summary

Langan is seeking a Project Environmental Engineer, Scientist, Geologist / Project Manager to join its collaborative team in Indianapolis, IN. This individual will manage environmental investigation and remediation projects, delivering technically excellent services, preparing technical proposals and reports, conducting research, supervising field investigations, and managing staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or Environmental Engineering; (Master’s degree a plus)
• LEED AP or PE certification
• 6+ years of related work experience
• Proficient in environmental due diligence
• Knowledge of quantitative/technical analyses and related software

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental investigation and remediation projects.
• Perform complex analyses for portions of broader projects.
• Supervise field activities and ensure correct interpretations.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets, schedules, and deadlines.
• Draft, edit, and deliver proposals, reports and other documents.
• Identify and pursue new clients and opportunities for additional work.
• Provide oversight and coaching to junior staff on environmental projects.
