Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE) seeks an Environmental Project Engineer to support environmental, health, and safety programs and assessments. This role focuses on air emissions, SPCC, SWPPP, and regulatory reporting for industrial clients.

The candidate should have an accredited four-year degree in environmental engineering or related field, at least two years of experience, and knowledge of RCRA, CWA, CAA, EPCRA, and OSHA regulations. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, occupational health and safety, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial or consulting experience in environmental and safety programs.
• Experience with on-site industrial manufacturing operations, chemical manufacturing, or mining operations.
• Working knowledge of RCRA, CWA, CAA, EPCRA, and OSHA regulations preferred.
• Engineering in Training (EIT) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; experience with technical writing.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with environmental, health, and safety programs and assessments.
• Develop SPCC plans and SWPPPs.
• Support air emissions inventories and permit applications.
• Prepare regulatory reports and on-site inspection documentation.
• Manage multiple projects with scope, budget, and schedule.
• Travel 2-3 days per week with overnight travel approximately once per month.
