Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead environmental scope on large energy infrastructure projects. You will manage routing/siting, permitting, and surveys, coordinating with OpUs, clients, and partners to meet schedules and budgets.

You will build trusted client relationships, drive regulatory compliance, and guide cross-disciplinary teams through pre-construction and execution phases, delivering high-quality environmental outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or closely related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive environmental project management experience.
• Knowledge of NEPA, CWA 404/401, ESA and NHPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the environmental program face for assigned projects, managing client relationships and ensuring timely communications.
• Oversee routing/siting, permitting, surveys, and pre-construction planning with OpUs and partners.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risks; escalate issues to management when needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet regulatory and QISG quality standards and client requirements.
