Job summary

Quanta Services is seeking a Project Manager, Environmental Operations to lead environmental services on energy infrastructure projects. You will manage client relationships, direct permitting and compliance, and coordinate with operators, teaming partners, and regulators to ensure successful project outcomes.

The role requires 4–7 years in environmental project management, a related Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Environmental Planning, Natural Resources, or a closely related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in environmental project management, with preference for electric transmission, linear infrastructure, or large-scale energy project experience.
• Working knowledge of environmental services processes — including pre-construction permitting and construction compliance.
• Working knowledge of federal and state environmental permitting frameworks applicable to transmission and energy infrastructure.
• Familiarity with natural and cultural resource survey methodologies and agency-approved survey protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide project-level environmental management and client coordination.
• Direct pre-construction permitting, construction compliance, and project closeout.
• Coordinate with OpUs, teaming partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Develop environmental plans, monitoring, and reporting.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across projects.
