Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Services Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead environmental services on energy infrastructure projects. You will own project scope, schedule, and cost while coordinating with field teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities include pre-construction permitting, construction compliance, and post-construction reclamation, ensuring high quality deliverables and client satisfaction. 30%–50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental-related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive environmental project management experience.
• Experience with pre-construction permitting, construction compliance, and permit conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the environmental PM: manage scope, schedule, and budget across projects.
• Lead pre-construction permitting, active construction compliance, and project closeout.
• Manage relationships with clients, regulators, OpUs, and teaming partners.
