Job summary

HydroGeoLogic, Inc. seeks an Environmental Program Manager I to lead EPA Region 6 contracts, supervise project teams, and ensure deliverables align with client expectations and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience including 5 years managing large government contracts.
Experience with EPA Region 6 clients and state/local agencies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Project.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

Staff Management: support EPA program and direct all EPA-related contracts.
Project Oversight and Delivery: ensure timely, on-budget delivery per contract.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement: maintain strong relationships with EPA Region 6 clients.
Proposal and Business Development: assist in proposals for EPA-related opportunities.
Process Improvement: develop and standardize program management practices.
