Job summary

The role oversees EPA projects, mentors staff, and partners with proposal, contracts, chemistry, and data teams to align with client expectations and company goals. The position offers remote work with occasional site travel and a preference for candidates residing in EPA Region 6 (AR, LA, NM, OK, TX).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years experience with 10+ years in large government contracts.
• PMP/PG/PE certification required or strong substitute credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPA contracts in Region 6 and other regions.
• Mentor and develop staff including project managers.
• Ensure projects meet scope, budget and client expectations.
• Coordinate with proposal, contracts, chemistry, and data teams.
• Represent the company in client engagements and Industry Day events.
