Keystone Consultants, LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager, local to Pittsburgh, PA, to lead our environmental services team. The role combines staff leadership, project management, environmental permitting, wetland delineation, and client relationship management.

The Environmental Manager will supervise a team of 4-7 professionals, manage permitting across PA, WV, and OH, and provide technical guidance on wetlands and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor\'s degree in environmental science or related field.
• "> 5+ years of experience with wetland delineations and environmental permitting.
• "> Previous project management or staff leadership experience.
• "> Experience with permitting requirements in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
• "> Strong technical writing, communication, and client management skills.
• "> Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• "> Ability to work in varied weather conditions and terrain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of 4-7 environmental professionals.
• Manage environmental permitting projects across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio.
• Lead wetland delineation, mitigation, and environmental compliance projects.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, and quality control.
• Coordinate resources and workload across multiple projects. Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying growth opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance related to wetlands, streams, and environmental regulations.
• Support departmental planning, procedures, and overall operational performance.
