Keystone Consultants, LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager, local to Pittsburgh, PA, to lead our environmental services team. The role combines staff leadership, project management, environmental permitting, wetland delineation, and client relationship management.

The Environmental Manager will supervise a team of 4-7 professionals, manage permitting across PA, WV, and OH, and provide technical guidance on wetlands and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) or Wetland Scientist in Training (WSIT).
• USACE Wetland Delineation Training/Certification.
• Experience supporting energy, utility, pipeline, or land development projects.
• GPS and environmental field data collection experience.
