Job summary

Key People in Nashville seeks an Environmental Manager to lead regulatory compliance for a heavy industrial operation across three sites (KY, TN, MO). This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, reporting to the Corporate EHS Director.

The role requires subject-matter expertise in Title V Part 70 permitting and reporting, and hands-on development of environmental systems for welding, blasting and painting operations supporting about 1000 employees.

Qualifications

• Must have Title V Part 70 operating permit experience for permitting and reporting.
• Strong environmental regulatory compliance expertise across multiple facilities.
• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing environment (welding, blasting, painting) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance at three production sites (KY, TN, MO).
• Lead development of environmental systems and programs.
• Collaborate with plant EHS Generalists and report to Corporate EHS Director.
• Travel 40-50% when needed.
