H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking an Environmental Manager for a heavy industrial manufacturing company. The role is an individual contributor position supporting three production sites (KY, TN, MO) with travel 40-50%.

The successful candidate will oversee regulatory compliance and drive the ongoing development of environmental systems. The position reports to the Corporate EHS Director and works alongside plant-level EHS Generalists to ensure effective day-to-day environmental management

A absolutely must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).

Scope of role:

Seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor position with no direct reports) for a heavy industrial manufacturing company (welding, blasting and painting operations) that will support (1000) employees at (3) production sites (KY, TN and MO). Travel requirements 40-50% when needed. O versee regulatory compliance throughout the facilities and responsible for leading the continuing development of their environmental systems.

This position will report into the Corporate EHS Director, and each facility has an EHS professional (more safety focused) that will manage their day-to-day environmental compliance needs. This Environmental Manager will work closely with these plant level, EHS Generalists.
