Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an Environmental Manager for a heavy industrial manufacturer located about 30 minutes north of downtown Nashville, TN. The role is an individual contributor position responsible for regulatory compliance across three production sites in KY, TN and MO, with 40-50% travel as needed.

You will drive the ongoing development of environmental systems and work closely with plant EHS Generalists.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise managing major air source Title V Part 70 operating permit experience.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% to support multiple facilities.
• Experience coordinating with plant EHS staff and corporate leadership.

Absolutely must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).

Scope of role:

Seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor position with no direct reports) for a heavy industrial manufacturing company (welding, blasting and painting operations) that will support (1000) employees at (3) production sites (KY, TN and MO). Travel requirements 40-50% when needed. Oversee regulatory compliance throughout the facilities and responsible for leading the continuing development of their environmental systems.

This position will report into the Corporate EHS Director, and each facility has an EHS professional (more safety focused) that will manage their day-to-day environmental compliance needs. This Environmental Manager will work closely with these plant level, EHS Generalists.
