Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking an Environmental Manager for a heavy industrial manufacturing company located about 30 minutes north of downtown Nashville, TN. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and reports to the Corporate EHS Director.

You will oversee regulatory compliance across three production sites (KY, TN, MO) with approximately 1,000 employees, and collaborate with plant EHS Generalists.

Qualifications

• Must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V Part 70 operating permits (permitting and reporting).
• Experience overseeing regulatory compliance at multiple sites in heavy industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance across three production sites (KY, TN, MO).
• Lead ongoing development of environmental systems.
• Coordinate with plant EHS Generalists and Corporate EHS Director; travel 40–50% as needed.
