Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or Science, Biology, Ecology, Chemistry, Archaeology, or equivalent.
• Eight years' experience in managing the environmental portion of land development and construction projects nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Site Selection Support: interpret environmental data to flag risks early.
• Project Development Support: review assessments and manage diligence processes.
• Project Construction Support: track regulatory permits and ensure compliance on site.
• Interface with State and Local Governments: attend meetings and coordinate permits.
• Community Interface: maintain positive relations with neighbors and groups.
