Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Director of Environmental Compliance, North America to lead programs across its data center campuses. You will drive audit-ready compliance, manage environmental risk, and coordinate with Operations, Legal and the EHS team to integrate environmental requirements into growth.

The role emphasizes air, stormwater, waste, and regulatory reporting across North America. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field and 10+ years in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or Engineering field.
10+ years of environmental compliance experience in high-risk industries.
Experience managing air permits, SPCC, stormwater, waste, and regulatory reporting.
Strong knowledge of EPA regulations and state environmental requirements.
Experience leading audits, inspections, and compliance programs across multiple sites.
