Pace Analytical Services in Minnesota is hiring a Scientist to perform hands-on analysis in our environmental testing laboratory. You will operate instruments such as GC, HPLC, ICP and related equipment to assess air, water and soil samples and ensure data quality that informs communities and ecosystems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related STEM field and the ability to work in a lab environment with PPE.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other STEM fields required; training provided.
• Ability to work in a lab environment, stand for long periods, and wear PPE.

Responsabilidades

• Operate instruments such as GC, HPLC, ICP and related equipment.
• Analyze air, water, and soil samples using standard chemistry/biochemistry methods.
• Review and interpret analysis results for accuracy and quality.
• Document procedures, observations and results clearly to maintain lab records.
• Clean, maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
