Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC in Sheridan, WY is seeking a Scientist 1 for a full-time, onsite role. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. You will perform hands-on analysis in our environmental testing laboratory and contribute to high-quality data that supports healthier communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other science related degrees.
• Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment.
• Willingness to receive training.

Responsibilities

• Work with instruments such as GC, HPLC, ICP and more.
• Analyze air, water, and soil samples using established chemistry and biochemistry methods.
• Review and interpret the results from the sample analysis.
• Accurately document procedures, observations, and results to maintain high-quality laboratory records.
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
