Job summary

Flourish and Thrive Labs is seeking a Solutions Analyst who deeply understands governmental public health to translate needs into technology solutions. You’ll bridge health departments and technical teams, focusing on environmental health workflows and practical, real-world improvements.

Qualifications

2+ years working in governmental public health (local, state, federal, or tribal).
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience translating between technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with agile methodologies and discovery techniques.

Responsibilities

Immerse yourself in client workflows to understand public health staff practices, especially environmental health.
Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for clients.
Translate complex public health processes into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead discovery sessions and workshops with health department staff.
Develop process flows, documentation, and visual aids that communicate the solution’s rationale.
Serve as the voice of the client within our technical teams.
