Job summary

Flourish and Thrive Labs is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions for state, local, and nonprofit health departments. You’ll work within an SAFe/Agile framework with architects, consultants, and other developers to deliver scalable healthcare applications.

The role emphasizes collaboration over solo heroics, with opportunities to shape technology that directly supports public health outcomes and communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow).
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts.
• Git-based version control and CI/CD knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Collaborate with architects on solution design and implementation approaches.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code that follows team standards.
• Partner with QA to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to code reviews with constructive feedback and translate public health requirements into technical solutions.
