Flourish and Thrive Labs is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who combines deep Salesforce expertise with a public health mindset to serve state, local, and tribal health programs across the U.S.

You will drive complex implementations on the PH360 platform, mentor junior developers, and partner with architects to deliver scalable health department solutions while aligning with our public health mission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow.
• Public health domain experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution design.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Translate public health requirements into scalable implementations.
• Write clean, well-documented code and ensure quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with QA to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
